Holi means joy |
We human being feel it very difficult to forgive others especially our near and dear ones for small errors and keep the grudge for a long. We have read, to err is human to forgive divine, but we don’t know the real meaning of it.
To ire is human to forgive divine, seems very true when we commit some mistake. We take it so easy and think why that person is so rigid? Why he/she is not letting it go? What have I done, just this…or that...
Why this happens?
Whether we would hold the thing or let it go, it all depends on...
Our thoughts..how long we ponder over it..how long we chew it...
Now, who decides it? Our mind!
We need training, training of our mind through our intellect, which helps it to decide what is important and what is not!
How we can do this? Who will help us?
Meditation
Yes through meditation practice you achieve this subtle knowledge. You would be able to read your mind and change its direction consciously.
